So the reason you both clicked to check this deal was to whine like old ladies? Wow, get a life!

That's generous. I liked the original, but this one had a poor plot and hardly anything new and exciting in terms of effects. Most disappointing film in a while.

By the way, I loved the film, the lightcycle scene is easily one of the most awesome Ive seen in the cinema in along while, but obviously everyones tastes are different.

Good price.

Do you need to watch the original first to appreciate the second (for those who did appreciate the second) ?

I have heard the film described as an extravagent video for daft punk.

I have to say I genuinly fell asleep at cinema watching this too. I was on a date too and was accused of snoring, didn't help.
I'm not whining like an old lady (or snoring) so much as suggesting to people who havn't seen it that its only a pretty die hard sci fan that will enjoy it.

Incidently I've not voted either way since I'm sure for those who enjoyed it it is a good buy.
