Just bought one of these, tried to get one at Bodypower but they'd sold out! Great deal, can't believe how much I've saved. Flapjacks are tasty and I needed a creatine anyway :D

The cheapest item is the following flapjack. To save even more pennies :)

http://www.tropicanafitness.com/energy_bars/cnp_professional_pro_flapjack_single_bar.htm

I have ordered this to kick start the training again.

The stuff is great! Glad its helped you want to start up again :) the grenade engage powder is actually surprisingly nice considering most supplements taste like S***

Looks a good deal, the bag probably isn't worth the £29.99 but with all the free stuff it makes it a good deal. You'll need to include the postage cost in the deal though as it's free over £30 - standard postage is £1.99.
Just having a look for the cheapest thing on the site to get you over the £30...

EDIT: Cheapest thing I can find on the site is this bar for £1.42 so can save a few pennies on the postage cost.

I love all the arguments that arise when a supplement deal is posted!

What works for one person might not work for another, it's the same for supplements! I've wasted hundreds on sh*t protein powders, test boosters, creatine pills, vitamins, pre workout drinks and protein bars that all promise the world and did nothing! I've learnt from that and know what a good supplement should contain for me to get the most out of it. Go on the forums and ask if you're unsure, loads of people willing to help out, but again, just be aware that it's their opinion, not science!
Good deal!
but sold out!

Let me put it another way. In virtually every sport on the face of the planet, professional sports people take sports supplements, including whey protein.

Logically, who is correct - the big sporting organisations (such as American Football teams, who hire sports nutritionists to create tailor made diets for their players, which include sports supplements) OR RattyRyan, who says that a clean diet of real food is more than adequate (with perhaps a single protein shake, after a work out - say 3 times a week)?

haha or rattyryan lol! yeah like im the only person in the world who shares this opinion. supplements are an industry and theyll tell you all the jive they can in order to make people buy their product. sure some of them are beneficial but as regards to protein shakes specifically there is no way you can say having 3 shakes n 3 meals is better than having 6 meals for example.

RattyRyan you clearly lack knowledge on the subject. I'm probably twice the size of you and therefore require a lot more than your average guy to keep making gains. A magazine isn't going to make recommendations for a 6'5 lifter weighing over 240lbs. They are generally going to give guidelines for the average sized male.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/calpro.htm As you can see this rough guide recommends I consume 360g of protein a day. Thanks for your concern though.

lol it doesnt take a magazine to know that sodium, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium and calcium isnt crap or garbage as you put it. i eat right n bolt some alpha men to make sure i get those in.
