Be wary - these guys have a tricky procedure for when you finish the trial

ie As soon as you send in the 6th DVD they automatically deduct £15 for next months rental and sign you up for the next month

You have to cancel first then hope they recieve your DVDs (or get proof of postage)

I got stung as i waited until they confirmed they had got my dvds and even though i cancelled straight after they charged me :-( and no amount of reasoning worked with them - They wanted that £15!

I too had £14.99 removed , I complained as I had cancelled well within the 3 weeks time limit , they refunded my money .

Be very wary of this lot especially if they send you renewal emails , read what they have to say & how they say it , its cleverly worded were you will get charged for each month in advance before the preceding month is anywhere near done .

In saying that I did eventually get my HMV voucher after e-mailing numerous times .

"If the outstanding DVDs have not arrived fourteen (14) days after your cancellation, you will be charged £30 per outstanding DVD. To avoid problems, we advise obtaining a certificate of posting from the Royal Mail when you return our DVDs to us."

Ouch , £30 per disk !!

If you have proof of postage I hope that then limits your liability to that penalty amount .

Be warned.

I signed up with a simialr offer a month ago. After a couple of weeks I had heard nothing about the voucher. I emailed them to enquire about it. They sent me a one lined reply saying that all vouchers are sent within 28 days of registration.
Today is the 28th day and still no £10 voucher and no news either!!!

It's been 2 months since I signed up and I still haven't received it.

I called up and asked them and got this response

We are currently awaiting them from our supplier and can not give you a specific date that we expect them in. However we have not forgotten about you

That's the same response I got last month!
