Has anyone got these and are they any good? I could do with some sound when gaming!

I bought these, used them once, and went back to my microsoft headset. Didn't like them at all, would have been fed up if I paid RRP for them.

Personally I have X1's an they are good, just the wires are long if you sit fairly close to the TV.

Have tried XLC's and they are good, but lack a little bass, good for your average gamer though

Ah never tried chatting on them.

using mine on MW2 no probs - voice chat is fine & reasonably clear - just need to lower in game sound levels & they work fine

Yes they plug in the same place as the microsoft headset.

Simply answer NO !

How or why Turtle Beach decided to put their name to these headsets is beyond me.

My son has a set and i have the X1`s. There like chalk and cheese.

Theres no amplifier on the XLC`s like the rest of the range making them very very quiet.

The cheapest ones to consider ( X1 or X11 ) are about £20 more but well worth it.

PX21's are £59.99 at argos reserve and collect,, very good headset in my opinion ,,,worth the money if you spend alot of time on xbox or ps3 http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500002451&langId=-1&searchTerms=PX21

Selling these for around the same price in tesco's so if you don't like them you could always take them back
