Works out at just over £9 a blu-ray, not hugely overpriced ? But, as my post says, don't vote cold because you don't like the films!

There are a growing number of blu-ray steelbook collectors out there and this is rapidly declining in availability. Blu-ray steelbook collecting is beginning to grow into something really big, so any issue released now will gain in price when future collectors want to add to their back catalogue.

But that is the point, supply and demand. Few places have any stock left of this as it is a limted edition. The price is only going to go one way now, that is up. Check out prices for other recently released Steelbooks as they become OOS. Unopened "Wanted" is £35+, when a year ago it was £13. Even "9 (Nine)" the limited edition blu-ray (not steelbook) is now going for £70+, and that was available for £11 only 3 months ago.

Why is the price going to go up considering it's been round this price for the last number of months. Whack 'limited edition' in front of any product And everyone will believe it's limited stock. It just means less will be made than the standard edition. It will never go out of stock.

It was only released 3 weeks ago. I'm just pointing out what is happening in the marketplace, limited edition steelbooks are becoming more sought after. People that own a blu ray player is expected to double within the next 12 months, that will mean many coming late into the market to try and pick up previously released issues that will not be available at rrp anymore.
