Petrenko is the RLPO's Chief Conductor, and at just 34 is the youngest conductor to be given this post.
Two free CDs inside the Telegraph on October 16 and 17, 2010.

Please don't vote cold just because you don't like clasical music, vote on the quality of the offer, which is the price of the Telegraph, and the good read it gives you in the bathroom.

Good offer, voted hot, though I would never vote something cold because it is classical music, where as being the daily mail and telegraph is another matter :-)

This is a money saving site not a political one. No one cares what your opinion is on newspapers or their political slant but they are interested in how you view a deal.

You can pick up better recordings than these (Royal Liverpool Phil are nothing to write home about) for less than the price of the Telegraph.

Man, where to start? Brilliant Classics, iTunes, local library, Amazon Marketplace, Radio 3 free downloads, etc etc etc. And not someone else's choice of essential classics, played by a substandard orchestra. Sorry, but the RLPO are nothing like they were in Sargent's days. Petrenko is a talented guy, though, if he's conducting them in these recordings.
