Lame! Went to Coventry shopping and was worried about even leaving my car in the car park!

Hate the place.

Voted hot, £16pppn B&B and near to all those attractions, a good base to go off exploring, you don't have to spend all day trolling round Coventry City Centre :D

I must agree with you we really thought we were in some rough smaller suburb but talking to people since it was in fact the centre.

good for people who just want a little break away. i live about 15 miles from coventry and i have to say the towns not bad. Harsh reviews tbh.

Yes the hotel is actually very nice. We had a wedding there last year. Its in the middle of a dual carriageway but is near to several nice places to visit. For that price, its not bad at all.

I'm originally from a town about 10 miles south of Coventry & feel all the reviews of the city are pretty accurate, almost all of the city is a concrete eye sore. Having said that, it would be quite a good place to stop if you wanted to explore Warwickshire (Kenilworth & Warwick Castle, Stratford-Upon-Avon etc) or visit some of Birmingham's attractions such as Cadbury World.
