If you fancy warm weather but you don't want to lie down on the beach all day and like city seeing i recommend to visit
Porto, second city of Portugal....and where Port wine comes from. :)
Charming historical Porto-city of seven bridges- is a melting pot of discoveries and great holiday adventures. Explore shop and dine on fine food by planning your holidays to Porto with Tour Center. Famous for port-wine Porto is your gateway to discovering Portugals marvellous north-region.

World Heritage site Porto boasts great tourist attractions, such as Cathedral of Sao Francisco, Garden of the Mount (Jardim do Morro) and cheese shaped-Castelo do Quijo. The historic quarter is a haven for antiques, gold-silver trinkets and fine art while Porto is also great for designer shopping intermingled with traditional souvenirs. Climb up Torres dos Terigos bell tower offering astounding views of the city.

A cruise along beautiful Douro River is recommended; crossing scenic ravines and mountains of the treasured World Heritage terrains the cruise passes through the Port and Douro wineries. Baroque architecture, gorgeous countryside’s and friendly locals make up Porto. Gorgeous ports and traditional-boats are lovely sights; the medieval-quarter of Ribeira is riddled with terrace cafes, scenic corners, medieval streets and D-Luis bridge.

Enjoy Parque da Cidade, the beach and river-side cafes serving delicious franceshina, fresh sea-food and great pastries. All-inclusive holiday packages from Tour Center are great savers with cheapest flights, budget accommodation and flexible booking options.

Experience fresh new flavours, warmth and courtesy of locals and pleasures of a vibrant night-life, enjoy Porto.

Hmm... Hotel Not exactly Central Porto it's the other side of the Douro

I'd prefer the other side nearer the Main train station Sao Bento which is a 5 min walk to the Riberia river front (Near where the Bridge is)
