What I dont get about ordering glasses online. Is how do u know they fit?
when I buy glasses I try loads on in shop first (as I have a wide head)
So anyone who ordered already. how do get your size right?
Heat added as hot... Especially if I can get 2 pairs of specs for £28!

yea, i posted the voucher, then the deal - not everyone seems to check the voucher bit for offers and you can't add a picture -so i posted the voucher that can be spent anywhere on the site - then posted a great deal available by using the voucher - hope that makes sense ;)

Bought a couple of designer pairs from them the other week after using the free trial service.

Generally happy with the service but they sent the free 2nd pair without the sunglasses tint I'd requested and the designer case. They also didn't fit well like the trial ones had.

As such, I had to send them back last week and am still awaiting them being fixed and sent back out. They did refund the cost of the tint for my troubles though.

AFAIK there is NO charge to get the prescription from them,I spoke to the optician last time I was in & he said whether you pay or not for your eye test you recieve a copy of it anyway so you can go anywhere for your glasses

Thanks I will do that or try and give them a ring because I am not far away from the branch having moved.

I thought this was a good deal, but you have to add an extra £15 for anti reflective coating, which is very helpful for night time driving, so I think I will still be using Goggles4U which are as good, and you get quidco too!

great deal

i agree, go for goggles4u or other reputable online retailer. the customer service of this outfit is pants. the decent frames are mysteriously out of stock and they won't honour the promotion in the future when the come out of stock. just talked to them and were very unhelpful and didn't want to know... imagine what would happen if you actually bought glasses and had a problem... be warned!!

On the contrary their customer services team have been more than helpful to myself and others.

Even once you add the price of the tints/coatings, they still compare more than favourably with offline suppliers of designer frames.

if you want cheaper and probably better quality for designer go for another. maybe you were just lucky with your dealings...
