Good deal. Alternative is a 10 minute walk eastward and go up to the 10th floor of Tate Modern for a nice view that is free of charge

Not really. On the topic of The Sun, you will find this sort of response. For me, the thought of contributing a single penny into their coffers fills me with disgust

Excellent, your full price ticket will go towards subsidising these cheap tickets for an offer shown on a DEALS website, not an opinion blog

I haven't yet, and the 2 people I know who applied haven't either. Just hold tight, some of these sun offers have took over a month for me, I'm sure they'll come.

There is no code anymore. You need to cut out the token every day. It means you need 10 papers

Only for people who live in England and Wales? What's that all about!

I dont care its a Sun or Mirror. We have so many beautiful family days out thanks to Sun. Like tomorrow we are going to Windsor Legoland and my children love it. This is what I care! Anyway I cut out the token and throw away the rest into the recycle bin

Same here! We do all the sun merlin days out every year. I'm not going to miss out on that due to peoples opinions and the fact the newspaper did something stupid decades ago.

Mine came just over a week ago. But we sent off very early in case they ran out! Probably one of the first to receive to be fair.

Im with others on this.
Not even an offer of a lifetime supply of burger or steak could tempt me into buying that dirty murdoch rag.

would there be token on every day's newspaper?
or only 10 tokens randomly appearing on 10 out of 17 days?

Meh. Last time I took the family on the London Eye you could barely see the view for all the Coca-Cola advertising. Total rip off since Merlin Entertainments realised it's potential as a cash cow.
I have vague memories of paying less than a tenner when it opened in 2000.

A good deal unless you realise you'll be trapped in a pod for 45 minutes with the kind of people who plan day trips based on Sun vouchers.
#25
Cheap that. We paid a lot more 2 weeks ago. Apparently the eye makes £200k a day. Was only suppose to be up 5 years after the millennium. Wonder why they not pulled it down......

Did this recently around sunset. Gorgeous views and you can spend as much time there as you want.

Suits me perfectly then. I'd rather be around money savvy people than the sort of idiots who turn up at the gate to a place like Alton Towers without the vouchers you can get absolutely anywhere, and then moan when it costs them £200 for their family of 4!

Something stupid? They hacked the phone of a dead child making her parents think she was still alive. They played a big part in the injustice of Hillsborough and inflicted pain on all those poor families. Decades ago maybe, but what's worse is they still employ Rebecca Brooks and Kelvin McKenzie, the two people who were implicit in both of those incidents. Morons like you pay their wages. As long as it isn't your family eh? #happydays

I'd rather pay the extra and avoid boosting The Scum's sales figures.

If you didn't buy it it wouldn't be printed, then it wouldn't need to be recycled. Glad you have had some nice days on the cheap.

People need to get over their issues with the sun. Move on.

with due respect to sentiments of people against sun (the newspaper, not the star)
To understand the deal, buy sun every day for 10 days to collect 10 tokens - this costs £6 (£0.5*8+£1*2) for 2 to ride London eye.
Can I use tokens multiple times to get 4 tickets?
