saw this in sainsburys today at £29.99

didnt know if it was any good or a decent price, however having looked online, the cheapest price appears to be £33 elsewhere.

gamespot rate the game as good

http://uk.gamespot.com/xbox360/rpg/twoworlds/index.html?tag=result;title;1

it isnt hugely cheaper, however when the missus isnt looking it can be easily slipped into the trolley while browsing the supermarket.

Still showing as £29.99 and the last time i ordered from gamestation online i waited 3 weeks for a game which was in stock.

but with quidco it does work out cheaper as long as they dont try and charge delivery.

oh and it is out of stock online?:?

Good price but I think this game will be around £20.00 shortly.

I have heard some very bad things about it to be honest. Have a look at the IGN review before you buy.
#5
This is getting very mixed reviews so it might be worth waiting as I also think this'll be dropping in price pretty quick.

Yes, I've heard it's the buggiest 360 game yet. Sounds like one to avoid until it's had a few patches.
#7
played it and the framrate is bad, way to much stuttering
#8
This game is *****!!!

I would save a fiver would be a waste of money so unless someone is giving it to you or you are a complete achievement *****, don't bother

Don't buy this awful piece of poo. Voted cold as you can get Just Cause for less than a tenner and have fun, whereas this will just bring you sympathetic chuckles. Until - of course - you realise you just spent thirty quid of a piece of turd.
#10
If american gamers hate it then you know it has to be bad!

My advice is to stay well clear of it. I am sure there will be much better RPG's coming out soon it's only a matter of time.

interesting, if the PS3 was £100 would you vote it cold as a pack of top trumps can be had for 30 pence?

i havent played the game, it may be bad , however the price appears to be the cheapest price for this game, hence why it was posted.

It's still £30.00 for one of the worst games available though mate.

I know what you are saying with todays prices for 360 games it's cheap in comparison. It's a good price for a 360 game that's for sure.

Everyone has different tastes I suppose. I laugh about the stories of wild boars, bears and 10 bats chasing people around at once though. AI at it's best..

And there was me thinking that the deal was about the price of the game, sad that you have to vote cold, because it doesn't meet your expectations! I look forward to you posting a "deal" :whistling:

No because Top Trumps aren't a games console, eejit. I recommended another game on the same platform for under three times the price, a game that is actually fun.

This is a hideous creation of Satan, for he forces the minions he has in his Hell to play this terrible game as punishment for deeds committed in their lives.

If a turd was £5, and the cheapest online, you'd vote hot for it? Go away.

The game is utter horsepoo, look at the reviews if you can't take my word for it. I look forward to never reading your posts again, doesn't mean it's going to happen.

Sorry! :w00t: In a noob sense, lol Should we have 12 year old's using there parsnts computers?

I don't think anyone buying this game for £30 and playing it will think they have got a Hot deal.

Whereas telling them that their money would be better spent on Oblivion, or Blue Dragon would be helpful.

Just because it's cheap doesn't make it good value.

Search You tube for two world videos and you will see how truly awful this game is, very amusing to watch but not if you've just wasted £30 on it.
#20
Surely the purpose of this site is to find 'Hot Deals', as in the cheapest prices for various items?

£30 for Two Worlds is a good deal, in that it is one of the cheapest prices available for those who will buy it, despite its negative reviews.

However, the majority of people will probably find it to be a terrible game, that simply cannot compete with cheaper alternatives, such as Oblivion. Thus, its worth checking out the reviews first (as with anything.)

An intelligent, informative post would be to discuss the items faults, or point in the direction of reviews (as some have already done) and advise for or against buying it - in a civil manner. If people are'nt civil, then no-one else will care what they have to say.

Play nice. One of the best things about this site is the friendly, informative community.

Off my soapbox now.:)

Not bad, If only the Game was better !
#22
I can confirm it is £30, but I agree that in its current state it dosent hold a candle to Oblivion

How did I? Maybe if you'd stop trolling you'd have something better to say.

I'm sure 'eejit' is right up there in your insult ratings. :giggle:

I understand this website, pointing out good deals. This, however, is an awful game, pointing someone to this is a bad idea as it's awful and has cheaper and much better games on the console.

Yeah, such a n00b, wait, are you going on how long I've been registered here? I had been browsing this site for longer than you've been registered, and I thought it didn't matter how long someone had been here, everyone deserves the same treatment. Eejit.

how i laugh, these game offers bring out some right fools.

you dont like them game? why did you even open the thread?

try contributing with an offer rather than sharing your insults with other members.

im sure there should be some kind of vetting proceedure to stop trolls like this?
#25
"you dont like them game? why did you even open the thread?"

Are you caveman?

Yeah, I'm the fool, the one advising people not to buy this utter pile of rubbish. It's a waste of money. I've contributed, you've thrown the lovely 'noob' my way, you're as bad as anyone else.
#26
See being new I am in two minds. On one hand I agree its a good price for an Xbox 360 game. However judging by the reviews I would class it as a poor buy.

You are likely to sell it on within a week for much less or send it straight back the next day, so why even bother?

Now stranglehold for £32.99 is a good deal because it's a pretty decent game and you are saving around £7.00 from the usual price of the game.

I suppose some people will want the game due to the nature of it and that's fair enough but surely spending money for the sake of it is not saving money?

I have been reading these forums for sometime now and it seems quite a lot of people buy for the sake of buying. How is that saving money? :?
