I'd love to see that dongle operate over 100m.

Maybe in the void of space....
#3
The local pound shops have been doing them for £1 (oddly enough).

Not much of a bargain here.

I was sceptical about these cheap ones, but they actually work quite well! Obviously you can get it cheaper, but it is worth getting one of these.

There's one here at Play £1.99 delivered - http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/sepia-spa-510-bluetooth-2-0-edr-usb/722958#comments

Or from Deal Extreme, for just over £1 (something like £1.20) http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/super-mini-bluetooth-2-0-adapter-do/720662

Check and compare the specs, as even the really cheap, including poundland ones, get good reviews,

I haven't voted, as already have one and don't have time to compare etc,

Being a Nokia I would imagine you will need to install the PC software (Nokia PC Suite) for it to get anything like full connectivity.... is this installed?

Thanks for replying.

So if I understand you correctly, you suggest that I install Nokia PC suite and then I can send files via bluetooth to my PC?

I think there are different versions for each model range, so have a look on the Nokia site, and get the right one.

Hi,

I downloaded PC suite but it didnt work. PC Suite is connecting to my phone and did the back ups which was useful though.

Anyways I will have to look onto the internet.

Cheers

Well, Bluetooth apart, being a Nokia, the cables are cheap... ideal also if you want to update the firmware too.... look on eBay, I think I paid £1.75 delivered for mine, (Amazon about 2 quid) which is the same cable as the N95 uses (NOT the TV cable, although they are cheap enough too!)
