Im not promoting the sale of U2 tickets. I just think it is a really god deal to see them for £27.

Support from many acts (either): "will include a range of acts such as Glasvegas, Elbow, Kaiser Chiefs, Snow Patrol and Black Eyed Peas"

The group play Dublin's Croke Park stadium on 24 July, while the British dates will come towards the end of the run, with shows at London's Wembley Stadium on 14 August, Hampden Park in Glasgow on 18 August, Sheffield's Don Valley Stadium on 20 August, and the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on 22 August

See here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7931974.stm

Do not know if its a deal or not, but i though i would see what ppl thought. (please be gentle)

"U2 has always been at their best when surrounded by their audience, this staging takes a giant leap forward. With 85 percent of the tickets priced at less than 95 Euro, general admission floor tickets priced at 55 euro and at least 10,000 tickets at every venue priced at around 30 Euro, we have worked very hard to ensure that U2 fans can purchase a great priced ticket with a guaranteed great view" says U2's manager Paul McGuinness.
Arthur Fogel, CEO Global Touring/Chairman - Global Music Live Nation: "Following the overwhelming worldwide success of the Vertigo tour where every available ticket was sold, there is tremendous anticipation for this tour and to experience this revolutionary production. As usual fans will not be disappointed."

Think that is enough evidence. lol :whistling:
why cold????? is this going down on ppl's opinion on u2? or is it a bad offer?
It's a good offer but there are 2-3 days of pre-sale for paid members of U2's club.

So, those cheap tix could go quick.... even before public release.

This is good news. I saw them last tour in Manchester and paid over £50 just to stand. They were so good I got face value tickets off Ebay and saw them again in Cardiff, complete with support from The Killers and we managed to get in the wristband area right next to the walkways both times for an unforgettable experience. I had 2 amazing concert experiences and they were well worth the admssion, so for the chance to see them for £27 is a bargain. Having said that, I don't like their latest stuff and it was a right pain getting the Manchester tickets in the pre-sale lottery last time with systems crashing and codes not working after the crash, so I won't be bothering. I also believe that, for me, either day at Manchester or Cardiff couldn't be repeated again - still a hot deal though

still in presale.... umm we'll see
The cheap tickets will more than likely be for seats (and probably not the best ones) so I wouldn't expect them to sell out in the presale. People that care enough to have a presale code are gonna go for GA or the more expensive seats, I would've thought. From what I've read about the Milan presale, GA (standing) tickets cost 60euros. As far as I know the UK dates aren't on general sale til fri 20th either.

This is still a hot deal though, u2 are great live and I'm planning to go at least twice this tour, but won't be buying the cheapest tickets. GA all the way for me.
Livenation are doing the ticket sale www.livenation.co.uk - I'll be very surprised if we dont see Saturday & Sunday dates added at Wembley
