playusa are giving a release date of the 1st of April for this but it's out in the US perhaps this is when more stock is being made available.
Not sure if this will be released in the UK

The "UFC's Ultimate 100: Greatest Fights," a collection of the MMA promotion's 100 greatest fights as decided on by a fan vote, will soon be available on DVD/Blu Ray .
And unlike the five-part Spike TV series, which showed just clips of the 100 contests, the new DVD collection will offer all 100 fights in their entirety.
Featuring all the greats of the Octagon, from Royce Gracie and Chuck Liddell to Matt Hughes and Randy Couture, this set contains the most dramatic, explosive and memorable battles of the UFC in their entirety from 100 down to the greatest UFC fight of all time.

So should work probably i also saw ages back a forum topic on it (cant find at moment) that said the same that it worked on our region B :) but dont want to spend that much to find out it dont work :-D
