UFC for Xbox One. Pretty sure this is the cheapest price around, so hopefully will be a deal for any aficionados of the sport/ game genre.

P.S Can anybody who votes cold show me where it is cheaper?

I voted hot as its the cheapest price, though its got pretty average scores and I expect it to get cheaper pretty fast.

People may not be voting based on price, it's multifactorial but I can hazard a guess it's because the game is poorly reviewed and not worth the asking price for an average at best game.

I brought this last week for PS4 and I’m loving the game.

Voted hot because this is the cheapest price I’ve seen.

I've heard the opposite to be honest, I really wanted the game but was put off after reading feedback and reviews from those who know

Hot! There should be a thing on here where if you vote cold you should have to give a comment reason!

If people don't think the game is very good, then surely it would be more helpful if they expressed this in a comment instead of voting cold, otherwise those who are interested in the game may be put off by the perception that it is a poor price.

I spotted this earlier and couldn't help but think if it was PS4 the voting would of gone the other way.

This. Voted hot, good price.

Voted hot, it's a good price.

But there is a reason it is so low. Outside of being a good single player fighting mode which you get in the basic fighters, the game is severley lacking. The career mode is beyond awful. I don't need Forrest Griffin to tell me 10 times a joke about a guy not remembering his family. It goes Fight offer, train, put attributes on, fight. Filled in with lots of loading time, lots of pointless videos, and then a fight, and you ahve to go through this 40 times.

It doesn't matter as well how much 'damage' you have taken in your career. I started off as a kickboxer who basically stood up and fought. Had quite good damage control to my 25th fight when I won the title. I then became a submission artist as my stats were high enough. So many fights easily finished in the 1st round due to getting the opponent on the ground and armbarring them. Taking 1 significant hit the entire fight, yet my damage rating continued to rise at an alarming pace by the time I was on fight 38, with no more than 5 significant strikes hitting me per fight, my damage rating was at the top of the pillar.

Online is good fun, but not when you only fight Bruce Lee, Jose Aldo, Jon Jones etc. every fight. Why won't anybody fight Rory McDonald or Roy Nelson etc?

The game 'works', but it has a lot of glitches. There's a video somewhere on the net that a guy made where he put all the glitches together into one reel and commentated on them, quite humorously. It's worth a look if you're seriously considering buying this.

Remember - it's an EA Sports game - you'll probably get ONE patch then you're screwed because they have to pay MS and Sony for subsequent ones.

That's no longer the case with the new generation. Patches are free.

Also, people down voting because they don't like the reviews is retarded.

Heat added! I enjoy this game immensely for its flaws.

Heat added for the price. I enjoyed the demo but can't comment on the game itself. Really like watching the UFC so tempted to buy. People need to remember this site is for sharing deals, it's not a games review site.

Hi all,

First post but felt I needed to come on and let people know.

I too was sceptical about the low scores and reviews. But the game is brilliant, very technical, very strategic and feels great when you pound someone to a K.O. You feel like you've won a game of chess when you submit and opponent and when you're on the ground it's very intense.

I read a review that suggested you couldn't even block low kicks....LOL.

If you are going to get this game do not rush into fighting and expect to be great because the game will treat you badly (I guess like going into a real UFC fight without prior training - you'll get destroyed) Do some of the challenges and training, learn the core elements and you will really enjoy this game.

Also, it's showing as £34.98...maybe that penny could swing it to be voted hot haha.

DynamiteWhyte,

I can safetly say i've never fought online with the first 3 fighters you stated. I tend to test all fighters out and then pick the ones that suit me. I was Roy Nelson but I was terrible with him. The online mode is the stand out here, very intense and competative. If you're good enough you will destroy the ones that spam the high level fighters. I have to say I never really watch UFC and bought this game for the "beat em up" purposes. But playing this game and the depth/tactical elements has made me think twice about UFC in general. Very pleased I didn't listen to the reviews, Plus i'm winning lots of games online which can't be bad :)

Yeah I only lost two fights online so far. One due to me not having done the challenges or anything before hand so just got clinched and knee'd to the face spam. No matter what I pressed I couldn't get out of it. Next guy tried to do it to me after I'd done the challenges and I just blocked him off before taking him down.

I love UFC myself, and the actual combat is fine. It's just the career mode and other poor things that just let it down. The fact that you can't start up the game and go to career mode without 3000 tutorials too is stupid.
