Yes it does. There is however, some faff on getting it to work on some machines. Go to the Steam discussions section and the top stickied post tells you all you need to know to get it working.
It also goes into how to mod it too, which seems essential going by most people's thoughts.

Now... modding is slippery slope... He'll begin with realistic physics and weather, turn those plastic mannequin heads into people and die from lack of sleep after installing Basic Needs...
(to be honest I can't imagine playing Fallout without couple of mods... never liked F3 (prefer F:NV and - gasp! - F4), but maybe it's time)
i love this game but i lost my patiance with it crash on a crash in win7 now in win10 ,even win10 is crashing on clean install i thing it got something to do with my system configuration

It is not optimised for Windows 7 and later because it was released about a year before Windows 7, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work - and if it doesn't work, it's not necessarily a Windows problem, it could be down to your hardware configuration. For some people it just works, but for those who experience problems there are easy to apply fixes for all the common issues.

I found it played fine without mods. I think I actually got mine to boot on Windows 10 without any of the edits (just win xp compatibility mode) unlike my windows 7/8.1 installs previously. Crashed a lot but that pretty much is fallout 3. The edits help a lot though and take 10 minutes top.

New DLC is short. PvP is an it has always been, utter rubbish.

BUT it is still better than anything else released recently!
Ashes of ariandel is awful, short and bland.

However has probably what I'd say, the best boss fight in DS3.

This is probably my biggest love or hate game. I have games where I play and we have an incredible game where we come out on top and get the win. Even hard fought games that we lose are still great fun. But when yo get matched against a team who are clearly better than you in every way and you get trounced it makes me hate it.
The fact I've got ~300h on Steam may tell you though that the feeling you get when you get a great win is all worth it in the end. Heated!
Though surely you'd agree that's not the games fault? I have the same experience with countless MP games, most recently R6S.
Rage quitted for the first time in any game for ages tonight. I was shot in the face twice by my own teammates on R6S.
I do hope it's not a sign of the direction it's taking.
I did message them with an extremely intellectual message however. "grow up m8"

Hopefully it was just bad luck getting matched with plonks. For what it's worth I haven't been TKed in a good while (at least not intentionally - I sometimes 'get in the way' of an overzealous drone-chaser).
Though I did do the stupidest thing ever a few days ago - a teammate was very low on health so I offered to down him with my C4...yup, I reflexively pressed the wrong button and blew us both up X). Luckily he was a good sport about it and I partially redeemed myself the next round :).

BTW in case you haven't heard about it yet, watch out for the Valkyrie wall hack, it's nearly game-breaking!
I loved this game, but just couldn't get into Ardennes Assault and gave up on it after a few hours in frustration.

I find that too. The matchmaking is very swingy. You get one game where you totally own the other team. Then you're up against pros and get destroyed. Then the next game you're up against total noobs... It's like it's designed to make sure you always win a game every 2 games, but you end up beating them so hard it throws you up several levels. Really lets the game down, when this really should be a solved problem by now.

Decent prices. For those in no rush to get these, you might want to keep an eye on the LucasArts Adventure Pack, which was £1.74 in the last Steam sale and includes both Indy games alongside LOOM and The Dig.

This if you only want story mode. Apparently the DLC isn't anything special.

Got it on PS-Plus and couldn't get on with it, too many performance issues. But the PC version intrigues me because it is so highly praised on consoles, but we have better RPGs now don't we.

Hard to compare this with new games such as The Witcher 3 or Bloodborne, this game does stand on its own. I finished it twice back to back on the 360 and I could have gone a 3rd time lol

It runs like butt on the PS3. That's never nice, but it's made all the worse that it's a very action-combat orientated game. I also bought it used on PS3 for cheap a couple years ago and I just couldn't do it. Got 30 minutes in or so and stopped cuz it felt awful. Being able to play it in 60fps just makes a world of a difference.

You also aren't straddled by black bars on the PC version.

Are you wearing Powder Ganger/Caesars Legion armour?
I bought just the NV one with all the DLCs few months ago for Steam and... I don't know if it's me but is FULL of bugs. While I played the normal version without any DLC (not Steam version) like 2 years ago and was all fine. I don't know what they did to the game but at least mine is full of bugs. Like NCR attacking me all the time when my karma with them is kinda "you are too good to them". Also quests that I can't finish etc. So think twice and read about this game in steam before purchase it.

P.S: I'm still playing it like a mofo even with all the bugs it haves... Too good this game just to avoid it, haha
