I've got a pair and have to say they are pretty good.
#3
Better than CX300?
#4
Dunno, don't own any CX300s! It was between those 2 pairs, I went for these ones. Happy with my purchase, but obviously have no idea if I made the right choice.

i've bought earphones like these in the past and none of the ear pieces fit my ears correctly or comfortably, they always end up falling out !!!!!!

i have that problem too but i cant find a decent set of normal ones :x

Very happy with mine.
I chose them over the Sonys because my current pair (Sony MDR EX82) have just broken and i took a guess that the Sony MDR EX78's would be inferior to themy broken 82's and decided to try something else.

do you mean over the ear with a headband

if so and you dont want spend much try the Koss Porta pro £17.99 on Amazon or have a look at the Sennheiser range, for a slightly higher price there is the popular Sennheiser PX100 at around £27.99 on Play or others like the 415 which is a bigger headphone for example
