Today only the Amazon god says.

Normally retailing at $16.99 (?) thought this was a good deal at 3.94 GBP.

Maybe a bit niche but if like me you're trying Paleo or even you're a veteran, could prove very useful :)

Before starting a new diet, perhaps take a look at
http://www.sciencebasedmedicine.org/tag/paleolithic-diet/

I like this quote from the author of "In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto"
"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."

Just so the haters know, paleo is not a "diet" or "fad", paleo is a way of life, and has fixed my cholesterol, blood sugar, fertility and joint issues. Please don't judge something you have no idea about.

Nothing wrong with trying paleo or other types of diets. Pretty much any restrictive type of diet has to be healthier than the typical Brit's diet.

Whether you stick with it or now, you'll come out of it smarter about nutrition and more informed than someone who never tries anything new.

Lots of crossfitters do paleo now I see. Seems to work well for them from what I can tell from the forums.

The cross fitters just need something to focus on when they're injured..... so diet become the priority :P

Haha, you have to laugh at all the paleo naysayers, while they all slaver like dugs over deals for 1.6kg of Thorntons...
Heat.

To each their own. I have found a great improvement in feeling healthier and lighter in myself. As well as having lost weight (about a stone) in the last 4-5 weeks. And it supports mma/kickboxing/weight training very well - recovery times are brilliant :)
