Just placed the order and 3 minutes later got a phone call from Misco. The lady said the order hadn't gone through 'possibly due to stock levels'. So she replaced it over the phone... strange...

that is madness haha
#27
Cheers OP!
#28
So I assume the invoice is sent in the post ahead of the product?

And does the form have to be returned before 30/06 - or just printed, etc, from the site?
#29
Ordered mine at 6.05pm and had the despatch email at 6.26pm!

Hot!
#30
Cool will give this a go :)
#31
Mine has been despatched but when do you get the invoice? if they don't send it soon it will be past 30th June to send back claim!
#32
hot..
#33
Given it a go, thanks OP, H&R added.

By the way, you have 'til 14th July to get a copy of the invoice and claim form back to them. Taken from their T&Cs "The closing date for applications is 14th July 2010. Any applications received after this date will be deemed invalid."

So plenty of time

Had problem online, too.

Phoned Cust service who then took the order.
THEN read T&C's and noted that cashback is for online orders only.
Rang 7 Mins after placing order to confirm cashback would be honoured and if not to cancel and was informed "Sorry, don't know whether or not you will recive cashback and your item has ALREADY left the building."

Yeah Right!!

Anyone give me reason to think that I may receive the refund?
#35
Ive had two emails so far, order confirmation and despatch confirmation, cant find any invoice number on them so is there a third invoice email to come?
#36
I don't like the sound of this. They're clearly trying to make it as difficult as possible to claim the cashback. Perhaps if the invoice was sent with the USB key (no reason why it shouldn't be), then it might be worth a try.

£5 for a 2gig memory key isn't exactly stellar.

No mention that the cashback is for online sales only!

Just the free delivery is stated as web only. As long as they took your order and gave you free delivery, you should be fine.

Misco don't offer the cashback it's actually the supplier offering it hence why it has to be done elsewhere.
#39
Just received an e-mail with the invoice attached as a PDF, surely thats all I need to claim the cashback?

They sending this via carrier pigeon? Despatched 23 Jun 2010, est arrival 05 JUL to 07 JUL 2010
