Dropped from £5.99 to £5.00, great price delivered, plus quidco etc, also available if you want 40 they are £8.99, but this seems to be the best price they have had for 20 lately,

These longer lasting AA Alkaline batteries are designed to out perform other brands as they have been developed by experts at the North American Battery Company with over 30 years of battery technology

How good are they though?

They are made by Uniross who seem to make decent rechargeables so it could be a good deal.

I think people are comparing these to pound shop deals, these are one of the best performing batteries you can buy, this same deal was posted @ £5.99 a few weeks ago and they are now £0.99 cheaper

Oh, I'd just never heard of the brand so thought I'd ask instead of making that pound shop assumption!

we used some of these in the mice at work (the PC ones not the furry kind) and they ran out way quicker than the crappy rechargeables we got rid of.
