Noticed they had loads of this in stock in Walkden. Might be worth stocking up for xmas at this price? Should be national, certainly worth scanning the barcode if you are going to Tesco anyway

Don't let me put you off but I tried this and couldn't drink it, it was awful. To give you an idea of my posh taste I much prefer Italian Rosso for £3.15 from Aldo.

Ok Aldo

I have to agree, I can usually drink anything but this was awful. good price but you definatly getting what you pay for here

Just had a couple of glasses and I disagree. Very easy drinking

White is same price and I would say drinkable but certainly not one to savour but what do you expect for £2.75. The tax on the bottle is more than that.

I believed you until you mentioned that you drank the Aldi rubbish. Going to give it a try thanks

I've had this, and frankly at this price point anything better than vinegar is a deal - this is perfectly acceptable, for what I'd guess you call a session wine :)

wine snobbery on here lool

There is no such brand as "Umber" in Australia... like most Australian wines in the UK they are just rebadged Cleanskins which may or may not be good.... it will always be a punt though as one bottle could be very different to the next.

Made by the same company which makes Mcguigan, but not mentioned on their website, so this looks like a bulk wine commissioned by Tesco as a Premier brand, along the lines of Aasani, Trattoria Verde.......

I tried this and thought it was a very good at 4.00 a bottle. I tend to stick with the simple range as I like to keep percentage of alcohol low. Easier on the head. Will look for this. Thanks.

I bought 4 bottles when they were priced at £3.59 to be used for cooking but was pleasantly surprised. Tasty wee wine. Great price too

Please note this is not wine but a wine based drink.Have a look at the back of the bottle
