this would be perfect of my morning park circuit. Can you reserve at store?

What nonsense!
These are normally £7-8 instore. When was it ever £26.99?
They are far too poor quality for a £26.99 price tag.
£2 is fine!

NOT the same company, beleive it or not (Well the OPERATE as separate Co's) though the stores carry exactly the same goods and have the same offers (possibly better)

That site has a LOAD of Trainers on offer. Just bagged some Asics for £15 and ordered another pair for £20.00.

Missed out on some Reebocs for £10.00 yesterday but they have some nice Fila's for a tenner today (At the mo)

Find a store and see what you are buying.
The sky high RRP's are nothing but a laugh.

£2 is a great price, always handy to have one in the boot of the car ready for the summer!!

The "model" doesn't look very happy that he's got one !! ;-)

I try and look in the store most mornings to see whats on offer. I've had some great bargains. Miss sixty jeans for £5 and GI Joe tshirts for £1. I saw these this morning and although £2 is a really great price, my lot won't wear anything that says UMBRO. I guess its just not very cool for anyone under 30. They were originally selling for £6 so the overpricing is a bit of a joke.

Nice cheap top for taking the dog out for a walk.

They only have a few of these special offer items for sale in each store so I wouldn't recommend buying online anyway as its unlikely they'll be able to fulfil the order. I voted hot because these stores are everywhere and they have a special deal every day. Its not a cold deal just because its not practical to buy it online.

Thanks for this great post. I am over 30 so don't have much cred to lose by wearing something with the Umbro logo!

I think that most HUKD users are savvy enough to not pay too much attention to RRP prices - we all know the tricks. In any case though, £2 (plus £3.99 delivery) is a pretty good price for this item so I got mine. Perfect for keeping in the backpack in case of a rain shower while biking. Even if these are the same price in the stores at least I didn't have to pay for the petrol to get there.

another "barbeque" summer forecast so you ll need this
#20
Same here not everyone has a sports direct on his/hers doorstep. Mine is 30 miles away so by the time i take fuel and parking into consideration this IS A BARGAIN.

Why is it most peeps on here feel evaryone lives in the middle of some dreary city/town that has these shops in a row??

Heat and rep on way..

Oh by the way David Beckham wears Umbro England contract makes him and he is always smiling when wearing it ...lmao

Hk

#22

Will do just the trick for festivals this year!!!

THanks OP

I have to say I saw them in store today (was looking for a new jacket for running), and I have to say I put it back, didn't feel it was worth £2.
#25
I bought an addidas tracksuit top from there last year for 45 quid. Came back soaking wet from my run last night. Useless!

I need something showerproof that's very lightweight and breathable. For me it's down to Decathlon, I reckon. Cheap enough gear that should work okay. Only round the corner from sportsdirect though so will check it out, cheers.
#26
not sure what you mean ,,zorba,,,i have an adidas tracksuit and same happens to me,,,believe me you cannot argue with £2-00 and its ,,umbro it will deffo be well worth it,,anything over 6 or 7 squid no.

damn... paid £6 just about 2 weeks ago
but at £2 its a steal...might buy a spare !!!
#30
I got a very similar one of these last year (was only £7.99 then) and it is NOT waterproof
#31
Hmmm,...100% polyester, half zip top, go walking in this unbreathable barely waterproof top and you will be sweating like a pig in no time.
