Good customer reviews on the comet website
do any decent brands ever make these combis? If so where can i get one?

sony or some shiz
UMC is a decent brand, i have one and tbh i think it is better than the bigger brands when it comes to price, picture, sound and connectivity!

I think this is a good buy (either at £170 or £190). Just cant pursuade the budget holder;-)

I posted that the other day,

But i think the voucher has expired for the tescos deal now, i think i would pay the extra for the DVD built in as im sure that as it is full hd the dvd player should upscale

One i have, and it's great. Using it now infact as a computer moniter / tv / use for ps3 and 360. The style of the UMC tv is neerly the same as sony bravia's with the round circle in the centre of the bottom panel.

Good piece of kit none the less.

I got mine cheaper with 10% staff discount etc. :)
"I posted that the other day,"

oops, my bad, thought it was the same one.
