in the first post. Have been quite a few deals although may be graded (which i guess is what is meant by the Red? in the title...maybe!)
i think the red in the title maybe be the brand as sainsburys have been selling a "red" tv for a few weeks so it could be that the red is the brand
TV is graded, not new - price is made up of £30 for postage!
Should say graded. What grad is it though? (A,B,C ....?) Could be one of those old-type high energy munchers, which would quickly eat up your savings. I wouldn't purchase without more details.
Yes is it...should have made it clearer :)

yep it is tricky to remember to include everythin
Very cold -100 degrees, thanks op., very low quality, high price

You're funny
Hot from me and repped thanks for this just what i have been looking for.;-)
Still though. Pretty poor spec. contrast Ratio of 1200:1. Thats really low. Bought my 32inc 3yrs ago and its has 15000:1

Most come alot higher than that, would rather pay the extra and get a much higher quality. Suppose you get what you pay for! ;-)

Like paying £399.99 and get a contracts ratio of 50000:1 and a brand you trust

But at £240 it's still a great price.

Factory graded will just mean superficial damage to the box or maybe a small mark on the back of the tv or something - it doesn't say it's 'used' - but they come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee and a 7 day 'no quibble' return policy so it sounds like a good deal.

Also anyone living near to the store can save themselves £30 by going to collect it:
Electrotec International Limited, Manchester Road, Hollinwood, Oldham, Greater Manchester, OL9 7AA.

Your figure is for the dynamic contrast ratio surely which is a very different metric and not comparable at all.

All products are factory graded by manufacturer qualified engineers and have a 1 year guarantee and a 7 day ‘no quibble’ returns policy.

Says it all................
I purchased a Tv from this company for my 9 year old sons christmas present, I have had a nightmare with them it has been back 4 times faulty and they are refusing a credit, claiming against my credit card now.

Jesus what happened to lego and transformers??
My Sainsbury's InspiRED tv went back after a month. Kept switching off.
Ps Come to think of it, so did Sainsbury's own brand shredder, vacuum cleaner and something else I've forgotten the details of.
I bought my 37" Lcd TV RED one month ago from Sainsbury ITS BEEN flickering from the first day. I thought it’s could be the Arial so I had to call electrician to fit a digital Arial for me as I am disabled. The problem it’s still the same keep flickering I asked my son to take the TV back to the store and he did. But they replaced it for him I still have the same problem with this 2nd set NOW I have to wait to my son at the week end to take it back I am very disappointed . Paid £299.99 for it. And its gone up to £399.99
May as well pay the extra £100 for a decent one instead of causing yourself misery with this one
