It's a popular debit card by several of the big banks including RBS, widely used in Europe too :-)

They have a similar issue with their black Wii Motion Plus controllers... I saw that HMV were selling them for £39.99 online, but in-store they were £49.99 :-( I went into Gamestation, who were doing it also at £49.99, and the manager said these were special prices from Jersey or something without any VAT which they couldn't match in-store due to overheads? I put on a sad face after paying for PES 2009 for £2.98(!), and he said... best I can do is knock off a fiver! So I got the Wii motion plus controller for £45. Just shows haggling still works within retail, try your luck, got nothing to lose at this time of year!!!
Cheers

Whats £7? Great price at £24.99 and it may never hit £17.99 again! Would you rather miss out?
