2015 I think is when the analogue radio switchover is due to start.
it's a shame really and I hope they change their minds about it - just think of all the waste!

Not for a couple of years at least I reckon. Uptake hasn't been good. By the time they do update it, they may be using DAB+ anyway.

While I think that's not a bad point as it baffles me that brand new cars still mostly only have analogue radios they're talking about having the option to fit some kind of adapter to these, whereas this will just need to go in the bin.

It's only £12.99 for at least a couple of years use.

I think they would have a riot on their hands if they try to turn off analogue within the next five years.
DAB as it is at the moment is a mediocre replacement.
