I just bought this today. It seems to be the newest 15 minute charger by Uniross.

They released 15 minute ones a few years ago which received excellent reviews -

http://www.amazon.co.uk/UniRoss-Battery-Charger-Rechargeable-Batteries/dp/B0008EI9V0/ref=sr_1_25?ie=UTF8&qid=1250379615&sr=8-25

However sometimes they melted the ends of the batteries due to the way the unit was designed, also it was quite noisy.

Therefore I guess that's the reason for the new one.

This one should be quiter and obviously shouldn't have the same fault as before.

I'm going to purchases some Hybrio batteries to go with this.

Don't see how you could charge in 15 mins without incinerating 'em :w00t:

I have an energizer 15 min charger and 99.5% of the time its fine - i did fry my first one yesterday though.... you could hear it literally fizzing.... you do need to keep a eye on the re-charger when its active - mind you that's the first in over a year.....

This charger will be using the most latest technology regarding "charging batteries".

Uniross are one of the longest established companies in the battery business. Therfore i'm sure they know what there doing.

They would not release a charger that destroys their own batteries, it just wouldn't be viable.

Although I have not yet used one of these "fast" chargers, therefore we'll see.
