Just phoned the Cardiff (Col Av) store - none there.

You don't know if they had any hen's teeth in stock, do you?

(Finding "special offer" Hybrios is not easy!).

Had both AA and AAA in my local store, plus Uniross charger with 4x 2100 batteries also half price £6.50. Charger 100-240v so can be used on hoilday in the states.

Can these Hybrio batteries be charged in a normal Ni-Cad/Ni-Mh charger or do they need a special charger?
#15
Looks like these must be regional, kingston wilkinsons only had ever ready and duracell batteries outside their own brand, no uniross anything.

and no you don't need a special charger.
#16
same again in peterborough, no joy.

Yes they can be charged in a normal Ni-Mh charger.

Basket full of AA's and chargers in Huyton branch today, 4 AA's for £2.48

These are excellent batteries, work very well in Fujifilm bridge cameras whose battery meter (in my experience) tends to be a bit unreliable with 'conventional' rechargeables.

Can people say where their local stores are if they have them in stock please :whistling:

None at the Longton branch (no Uniross branded batteries anywhere in store).
#24
Still plenty left at Huyton, Merseyside.
#25
None in Leicester

I spoke to CS today & they advise that this is a clearance line. So it's not regional, just purely down to whether a store still has old stock or not.

Need some of these so had to order off 7dayshop instead for nearly 2.5x the price :o(

Still cheaper than anywhere else tho, £6.29 for Panasonic Infinium, £5.99 if you buy 4 packs like I did. Here's the link for anyone who missed out on this deal.
