no

2000 is quite poor

1300 is really poor

but there is a charger too for the price

Personally I find these batteries do not work in cameras and some other gadgets that require a reasonable power draw. Although as said before, if you take the charger into account its a good deal. Just use the batteries for a clock or something,.

Agree with the comments about the batteries. The charger is also quite slow, at least 24hrs needed for 2400 batteries.

what are good batteries and a good charger but reasonably cheap

for AA your should get 2400mAh or above, the higher the mAh the more power it has and so the longer it lasts - Aldi have a 4 pack for about £2.50

Well these will work in cameras, just not for long. Very low capacity, slow charger, clearly just some old stock they are clearing out, and as such not something I would waste money on.

Low Self Discharge type rechargeables (Hybrio, GoodtoGo, Eneloop etc.) have made this type as good as obsolete now, as they perform just as you would expect from disposables. Offers posted on here frequently.

Had this charger for two years now, is very slow, does the job in the end, and never fails. All in all its a very useful charger, easy to use and always works, Good price.

Thanks, ordered. Should suit my needs nicely.

This unit will have its uses for some people , 1300Mah as already stated is pretty poor by today's standard I have AAA`s that are 1100Mah ...
I have swapped over from my 2900Mah to 2100Mah Eneloop batteries that really hold a charge well

Its years ago I mean years ago when 1300mah were cutting edge , I think if you lookm around you will easily beat this for a few quid more

Don't worry, I wasn't expecting cutting edge technology for £5 including the charger and 4 batteries :D
