I had this with the War of the Worlds (Jeff Wayne's) DVD. Though it did come in the end at the price I ordered it at - too late for Christmas though!
Nice one Nigel.

Season 7 finished ages ago :D
I remember when they declared Season 5 would be the last.
Bought the 1-4 set for £22.98 last June as the wait for a 'complete' edition is a pointless exercise.
The programme has also gone seriously downhill, there are too many top ten / doomsday episodes.
How the Universe Works: Season 2 was much better than any recent episodes.
However....How many times people planning on watching these? as they're available right now on Netflix (USA library) and in HD too.
heat given anyway,
i think it's MoreThan Freeman.
well his voice is quite distinctive(even when watching movies) so it's borderline acceptable as a narrator, but as I said before I find most US accents to be quite (lack of a better word)"exaggerated", so it's good for performing arts like movies, music etc which requires "exaggeration", but not very suitable for narration for serious tv programs.
personally really like Richard Lintern's voice, very calm and clear (he narrated How the universe works, NASA's greatest missions, Discovery Atlas etc). Also some UK accents are good for adding humour/fun into narration, love Mythbusters so very much prefer Robin Banks (ironically an irish guy speaking with a very English accent) than Robert Lee, very heavy & cumbersome US accent.
other UK narration voices that I really like (mostly heard them from tv programs on Discovery/NatGeo/History) Jonathan Booth, Sean Pertwee,Trevor Nichols.
