So it's £3.99 each at Toby? Cheaper options & also looks a better breakfast at Harvester?

When you say looks (a better breakfast), I do hope you are not referring to the visual elements of the menu?

I will give this a try at the weekend, Toby breakfast ingredients vary greatly from branch to branch.

the big difference between the toby breakfast & the harvester breakfast (as far as I can tell from comments on the toby post & the menu picture on this post) is that at toby carvery it is all laid out under heat lamps & help yourself & harvester is cooked to order, which makes it 100 times better in my book! heat added!

This was really tasty last time I went. If you go close enough to 11.30, you can choose a brekkie or off the main menu which is ideal if not everyone fancies a fry-up. The kids portion was very generous I thought, but if you do have a little one ask them not to leave the food sitting on the pass for ages as my little dude couldn't eat his for a while as his plate was way too hot! It is a great price :)

Very good deal but if you have 2 adults + 2 kids you may be better off with your local, if you have one, premier inn.£8.75 each adult all drinks, breakfast included and kids eat free.£17.50 total. With the drinks added to this it's slightly more expensive but good deal, heat added.

Must be location specific as the Harvester by me isn't doing the same deal.
#15
Could be wrong here because Ive never actually been my self, but I'm sure I was told that when Toby first started doing theirs it was unlimited but you could only have one visit so you needed to be a good stacker!
May have changed now.

I dont believe they include tea, coffe or juice as pictured - these are at least £1.50 extra.

Toby is still unlimited trips up. I've just checked my 3 local Harvesters for this deal and none of them are offering it :-(

£2.25 for unlimited tea etc.... does bump up the price a bit!

We wanted to try our local one as it had it listed on the website, but when we got there we were told that they had stopped doing breakfasts due to staffing issues. Not impressed. I had to console myself with Frankie and Bennys pancakes from next door :D

Do you not have to stay at the Premier Inn the night before to get their breakfast deal? I have one near me. It's a twentyfive minute walk but would be well worth it as me and my lad would clean them out!

No, not at all. We do this regularly as a nice way to start the day off if we're heading out for a special trip such as a birthday etc. Five of us for £16.95 in total, drinks included.
Some smaller ones do it cooked to order, while the larger Premier Inns are buffet style.

"To be absolutely clear, we have no requirement for any of our suppliers to supply us with Halal certified meat. Please also be aware that none of the meals on our menus are prepared or cooked to a Halal standard."

I am pleased one of the larger chains have got the balls to post this on their website.

Last year harvester did kids eat breakfast free during summer hols, but it wasn't unlimited. I don't suppose they'll do that with this new offer.

Actually just realised I've got not one but two Premier Inn's near me. Both about 1.3 miles in opposite directions of my flat so can just about be walked. One is a purpose built 20 year old hotel - just off the M62 - with a Brewer's Fayre restaurant. The other is a much older hotel set in relatively scenic grounds with a golf course and has a 'Table Table' restaurant.

I've rang the two and both have confirmed you can in fact walk in off the street and breakfast is served cooked to order.

So a little more than £4 each. I reckon we'd eat twice that in meat alone!

Cheers Lugsy.

I assume you mean the one in Ravenswood, Did they say if they are going to be open during the week for breakfast (the website says weekends only at the moment)?

I second this! I take my wife and four kids to the local premier inn every now and then and we only ever pay for the adults! All you can eat breakfast for 6 = £17.50!!!

Can confirm this is correct. We started doing this after staying for a few nights at a premier inn down in Cornwall. Breakfast was always cooked to order and good quality. Treat my kids to a trip to our local table table every now and then and they love it!!

Yeah but presumably the Premier Inn breakfast is not unlimited so you'd only get a rasher & a banger

It is unlimited. You can order as much hot food as you like, as many times as you like...

OK stand corrected it IS unlimited - but it's £8.75, though includes drinks.

You'd have to pack an appetite to justify that
