Is Creatine any good pal? (Sorry off topic) but have wanted to try for a while! So might as well! lol

You'd be cheaper buying through 'healthy direct'. Much cheaper and free delivery. Great products too! Hope this helps folks...

Bit off topic, but which products would work best for building muscle whilst combined with a good progressive weights routine? Not tried any suppliments before..

It's mostly used for weight training and is meant to increase your ability to perform heavy reps. Personally, I use it for football and it allows me to perform more sprints during the course of a game. I can also keep going when the others start to flag near the end of the game. I've just taken a week off the stuff and am now starting to get fatigued when previously I didn't know the meaning of the word. Creatine really is an amazing product and has hundreds of scientific studies backing up it's effectiveness. If you only ever use one supplement to increase your anaerobic performance, make sure it's creatine. I'm 38 and it allows me to perform like I'm 28.

Yes I have some, not been taking long enough to see any benefit tho and not from H&B. Supposed to work better in combo with the colon cleanse.

Just got tracking confirmation emails from Quidco for three of the four orders I placed:

18 May 2010 Holland and Barrett 32.26 3.23 tracked
18 May 2010 Holland and Barrett 31.71 3.17 tracked
18 May 2010 Holland and Barrett 32.42 3.24 tracked
18 May 2010 Holland and Barrett 32.46 3.25 tracked

So basically £128.85 worth of goods, much of which were 50% off as well (total normal price would be roughly £195ish). Less 4 x "£10 off £25" and free delivery for £88.85.

So it could end up being approx £75.96 (£88.85 less Quidco @ £12.89 if comes through OK)

Unless of course it doesn't track because of this on the Quidco page:
Any other voucher code may result in you not earning Quidco cashback.

Yeah, but the amount you've saved using each voucher more than compensates for whether or not Quidco will pay up, so you can't really be grumpy if it doesn't :-D

Great find, OP. Rep & heat

Great deal, just got £52 worth of stuff for £16.50 delivered (including £4.50 Topcashback which has tracked). FYI the 15% cashback is from the total before the £10 discount!

heat and rep my friend

Topcashback has tracked at 15% of the price before discount. £4.63 on a final cost of £20.95

I buy Milk Chocolate True Whey from MyProtein. It mixes well and tastes just like Maximuscle expect you get twice the amount at half the price of maxi-ripoff!!

http://www.myprotein.co.uk/products/true_whey

You can also save 5% off your first order at MyProtein if you use my referral discount code: MP70935 at the checkout. I get a few points and you save 5% off your first purchase.

Also, shipping is free if you spend over £100 at MyProtein

Hope that helps!

Im happy with the impact whey never tried the true whey. Impact has a higher protein % and abit cheaper too. Am currently using the impact isolate as its 90% protein. Probably the best if you can afford the extra. No choco nut flavout tho :( its soooo nice.

The best in the business!!!

I wouldnt train without it.

You wont notice any difference instantly but over time you will.

I use Bio Synergy capsules said to be the strongest out the lot, unless you use powder.

Food, food and food is the best!

If your looking for a good protein supplement try CNP Pro peptide its a good lean protein source without too many carbs!

but you need a good diet and plenty of cardio! no hydro fats!
