beware of leaving parcels at the access points. I booked Monday took parcel to access point, delivery by the latest on Wednesday. It did not arrive, tracking shows nothing. Rang the store where I left the parcel and they said there were several waiting to be picked up and despite trying to contact them they had no success. I tried, was told online only no phone number had to do online chat. Very unhelpful, all I wanted to do was alert them to this store having a lot of parcels to be picked up that were now overdue for delivery. No receipts are given when taking a parcel in, but I insisted on something so was given a handwritten receipt. Thankfully I was able to get my parcel back today, Thursday, by producing that receipt at the shop. Price is hot, service is cold. Beware....

Left probably 500 parcels at UPS access point, which for me is a little newsagent near me.

Every single parcel collected same day, every single parcel delivered next day.

Your access point guy probably had a faulty PDA, or was logging the parcels in incorrectly. Therefore UPS was not notified about them.

I love UPSToday. I use the bulk upload tool for eBay, Amazon and Etsy. It is really easy to upload packages sold and UPS is the best :). The prices are also great for packages in Europe, not only in the UK.

Got a lot of time for your comment :)
P2G are the pimp, they get good rates from the couriers, and only handle the bookings... because they get so much traffic, they are able to get better rates than joe public. The goods still are handled by UPS/DHL/Fedex, whoever.

Is there any insurance cover. I am looking to post a PS4 Slim To a friend. If not whats the best way to send it for a good price?
It includes £50 cover - it would cost an additional £12 to cover up to £250 (-20% discount with code). Collect+ will charge £5 for £300 cover so may be slightly cheaper with their economy delivery.

Ok thanks
