Agree up to a point but have a look at jeans and sweatshirts, not for me but for my son, should be fine I reckon

Managed to find some burgundy socks, a burgundy frat jumper, a burgundy formal shirt and red/burgundy check flannel shirt. All in stock.

Don't know what people have against burgundy. Perhaps I should change my name to Ron

Burgundy burgundy burgundy.

skinny fit is good

Well it's not if you're not skinny is it? Or if you prefer to maintain blood supply to your legs/feet. And I'm inclined to think that only a minority of people may be classed as skinny these days.

Still, picked up 2 very nice pairs of jeans plus a good sweatshirt for my eldest son to grow into, headline £100, should end up costing £27 ;-)

It doesnt work like that. Its 70% off the original price, then 20% off tat price followed by a further 10% off. So, if X was the original price (in pounds), you'd pay the following:

((X*0.3)*0. 8)*0.9=0.216*X,

and since 1-0.216=0.784, your discount amount to roughly 78%.

Mine works out £108 originally ---> £35 sale ---> -20% welcome =£28 ---> -10% student = £25.20 ---> + £4 P&P =£29.20 ---> -5.2% TCB £1.47 = grand total £27.73

Or a discount of 74.3% I make it ;-)

Yes, but £35 doesn't quite amount to 70% of £108, which explains why it isn't quite the figure of 78% I quoted. Either way, its still a great deal!

I've just bought 100% leather Chelsea boots for under £25 - with TCB it'll work out around £22. I'd hardly consider that junk. Also, there are some nice formal wear and suit items to be had.

Only item i'd personally avoid are chinos but that applies anywhere after watching this video (don't click if you don't like swearing!):

This sounds like a common complaint of just being too old. I suffer from this. I bought some Jack Jones trousers in some fancy shop 2 years ago. People looked at me as if I was Harry Style's dad who was on a serious mid life crises mission. Skinny fit on a balding man with an overhanging gut doesn't appear to work, no groupies either, this life can be complicated at times. You think you've got the hang of it then you get old and it all goes pear shaped again. One thing I can say in my defence is I never had God awful tattoos and was out of shape when I was 20, so he could learn something from me, but will he listen. Too busy with all those girls and money, some people never learn.

Nothing better to do than be an Internet arbiter I see, telling people what they can and can't write on the Internet. If you go down that road you'll end up bitter and twisted and it will exhaust much of your precious time. Then again you might well enjoy it. I wonder if you did that degree and MA so that you could be sure of practising your hobby correctly. Well done :) What you think of me is none of my business.

Has any of you guys tried the following code: TMDEAL? It seems to be working. It's being added as a valid code, but the discount is not being applied!
Any ideas?

It's a £10 discount, not a joke..
