good price but forgot one thing form the description, 'Self retracting USB connector that slides in to its casing when you connect it to any USB socket'. Has anyone else been so unlucky also?

the speeds on mine were rubbish compared to what they posted...so if youre looking for a speedy one beware!
#12
Took a chance on one of these before xmas
waste of money no where near the speeds advertised
lasted 2 months before the usb connection became loose, now it fails to make a connection most of the time

checked this out, it says, Laundered, baked, frozen, boiled, dropped, and even run over by a SUV! The Flash Voyager GT stands up to it's reputation as being one of the most rugged flash drives on the market. Waterproof and shock-resistant - What better way store your data?
so why is it a Refurbished one. LOL

Please post replies AFTER the quote...

Why do so many people on HUKD do this?

Refurbished can mean anything, they will probably just be open box customer returns, doesn't mean there's anything wrong with them. Maybe the performance didn't match the quoted specs.

In my experience, things from 7dayshop rarely work as advertised. So I would rather get a decent one for a bit more.

I've had two of the 16gb versions of this product and both had the same problem in that they are OK till the last 3 or 4 Gigs then films would not play (would not even display the thumbnail) and copied folders would be empty. I got my money back after the second one. I wasn't concerned about speed but reliability is paramount.

+1

7dayshop are a bit like Chinese resellers online, specs are way over egged (battery capacity is a big one, feh!)

I got one of these last year and it works fine use it every day and get good transfer speeds (windows 7 around 30+ mb) and has not failed yet in any way at all. I saw they updated the drive so not to sure now.
#19
I bought one last month, at the time they were described as a new improved version with faster transfer rates which I confirmed to be correct. However it is unclear if these ones are the new version. Would be good to know the transfer rates if anyone buys them.

What are the speeds like on these?
