They also got the 'Muscle Fuel Anabolic' 2Kg priced at £19.99 - think that one is a meal replacement drink.

look for whey isolate when you buy a protein product, it's better quality protein.

That's like saying chicken is better than turkey, or trout is better than salmon.

Yes it's slightly higher in protein per 100g and probably slightly lower in carbs per 100g, but really..... Is 5 or 10g of carbs really going to hurt you in the grand scheme of the overall diet? I think not. For the premium required to buy an isolate, forget it. Just get a decent concentrate such as the examples above.

What you are saying is rubbish. Yes, chicken IS better than turkey, it has a greater amino acid spectrum and better bioavailability. And salmon is better than trout for the same reason.
It all depends on goals and targets. Isolate is far superior to concentrate first thing in the morning and post workout. Besides, pure protein igf-1 is a blend, including both along with other sources.

Just lol! You have no concept of the diet as a whole and the importance of variance. As such you probably don't touch chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, nuts etc and just gobble whey isolate for your protein. Bonkers!

Isolate is far superior to concentrate first thing in the morning and post workout.

Show me the proof. Just so you know, I'll be able to produce umpteen clinical studies which show no discernable difference in overall protein synthesis rates from an isolate, concentrate or a blend, given the same overall protein content.
