  They're good, my three year old loves it forget all her other christmas presents this keeps her busy for hours, you can transfer music and films over from the PC too.
  
  I recommend getting rechargeable batteries and the adapter as they do go through them pretty quick.

  Hi my 4year old daughter received one for xmas and she plays on it everyday and she loves it, there are lots of things she has discovered all by herself, she has the dora and mickey mouse games for it and you can download onto it (which we havent done yet) ... very pleased with it... the only drawback is it goes through batteries very fast :( but i will look out for a power adaptor ... my bugbear with vtech why for the price of these things they cant provide a power adaptor :l
