Starters choose one of the following:
(V) Todays soup, served with croutons.
(V) Tomato, red onion & mozzarella bruschetta
Chicken liver, pork & heather honey pate,
served with toasted ciabatta and red onion chutney.
Baby Caesar salad, served on char-grilled crostini,
with shaved grana padano.
Mains choose one of the following:
Char-grilled chicken, with potato & parsley croquette,
buttered green beans and a cream & white wine sauce.
Peppered rump steak with pepper sauce,
roasted tomato and onion, served with crispy potato wedges.
Fresh, grilled Scottish salmon, in a champagne & watercress sauce,
on a bed of green beans and sauted potatoes.
(V) Red pepper, lemon, mushroom, tomato & red onion skewers,
served with chilli salsa rice and tzatziki.
Desserts choose one of the following:
Baked vanilla cheesecake, with red berries.
(V) Hot chocolate-puddle sponge pudding,
served with hot custard or vanilla ice cream.
Treacle tart, served with vanilla ice cream.
