So, is this a voucher or something...or are they just that price instore??

...they are usually around £40 so, if this is true it's a fabulous bargain...unless they are half dead or plastic...c'mon there's got to be a catch!

If they are anything like what I saw in Tesco today, they will be already dead. I decided to leave off the flowers for the OH this year and do something a little different.

Alex.

Yes but by that time all the cheapskate blokes will already have had their valentine **** so what will they care?
#13
These are 24 very small sweetheart roses, ok if you're on a budget.

Here's a good site for you. Probably top of your fave list already though!

Girls, whats the harm in someone buying these for one day just to get a good reaction? I'm already shelling out for dinner, but at this price I can add a wee treat aswell. Surely money saved on flowers and put toward a meal is better than Roses for £40 and a McD's??

Give the guys a break!! :p

Good find

Couldnt agree more-would rather have these and perfume or champagne/choccies than £40 worth of roses. Sadly when buying flowers on Valentines Day, you can spend a fortune and the flowers still arent that great...

Why is it so many women expect men to spend a huge fortune on them just so a guy has a chance of a getting bj at the end of the day so what? In my experience very few women buy much for men on Valentine's Day it always has to be guys shelling out all the money. I know that is usually how it is but it doesn't mean I agree with it.

I mostly think Valentine's Day is scam anyway it's just another alternative for companies to cash in on.

I love men, just hate this sort of cheap . I would rather just have lots of love and attention than some cheap flowers if a bloke is a bit short of cash. Lots of nicer ways to show love than buying cheap . :)

already got my g/f a couple of things, so this can be like a little extra, never got her flowers before anyway
#32
I got to say got the TESCO £4 ish ones and they are really really good. Very tight buds, just opening up. Easily as good quality as anywhere else. However after a scrumage I bet some are worse for wear
#33
Had a look in my local Asda (Crawley) and they are not doing this deal.

Had some bunches of flowers for £15+

None were 24 roses
#34
Had a look at these, and the £5 bunch at Tesco.

Look awful and decided that I should get some proper ones or not get any at all.

Why spend £4 / £5 just to insult the wife?

These are a complete waste of money.
#35
Plenty of Tesco ones first thing and they are beautiful. You can always change the wrapping if you're a supermarket snob!

Nothing to do with snobbery.

park a £5 rose next to £20+ rose and it doesn't take an expert to see which is which.

£5 for (rap is £5 wasted in my book.
