hi I am new, are you required to any obligation? For example do they still charge you after the five issues?

Thanks for the post x

Hi, you can cancel the direct debit after you get the first issue. This offer just says you need to subscribe, and the shortest subscription is the 5 issues for £5 offer:thumbsup:

I'm tempted by this for the mags (don't care about the free gift, lol), but on reading the terms and conditions on iSubscribe it states:

11. Agree to a minimum term of 12 months for all Direct Debit orders.

I have canceled other mags after the trial, but hadn't noticed this stipulation before.

I personally wouldn't touch any offer from Magazine Group with a 10 foot bargepole!

Many of us here took out a trial sub to Mens Fitness magazine lured by the offer of £32 worth of Aquapower. This gift never materialised.

There was a second offer for GQ with another gift. Guess what? Money's been taken, but no sign of the gift.

Magazine Group are a very sharp operator well versed in using "bait and switch" to trap unwary consumers.

Be careful!

I actually was going to get this offer from iSubscribe, had looked at it there before I saw this post and didn't even realize this one was magazine group. But I want the mag, don't care about the gift, so I'm not bothered if I never get it.
