Thought I'd post this as it seems a good deal for the spec and reviews are great . Posting mainly for useful advice /comments , not angling for heat (I never do ) . If its a good deal maybe members can benefit (and me ) from the advice , If its rubbish all comments welcome . The same model seems to be going for £110 + on EBay .

not a fan of dashcams that stick out so much blocking your view. the Rexing V1 is a better buy at £50 IMO

Got a DDPai from GearBest for £40+. 4k resolution. Worth every penny. Very clear and small, just hide it behind rear view mirror. Great purchase for the price and what it can do

Well its all over for todays lightning deal (if it ever was a "deal") . But they seem to come up fairly regularly . Don't really know if I want /need a dash cam , just after opinions at the mo . Gearbest - no thanks , they are Chinese aren't they ? Probably great value if it works , but if it doesn't, or 6 months down the line it stops working you are stymied (which is a nice word for a ruder one oO ) . Yes I buy £3 cycle lights, golf tees etc (nothing I may need to return ) from such sellers but £40 is just above the limit I'm prepared to write off :( . Yet some folks buy £500 phones from there to save £50 or £60 quid then come on here to ask/moan about getting it fixed or returning it .

Anyway thanks for the suggestions ,I think I need to do more research . The post should auto expire at midnight - might have to give it a bit more time next time with one that has longer to run in order to get more comments .

Where is this? The only DDPai Mini2 I can find on GearBest is $92.22 (quite a lot more than £40) and is only 2k resolution.

Rexing V1 seems to have many excellent the reviews, been looking at it closely but can't decide on the std or one with back cam as well. the images day and night look awesome. each and for the price u can't go wrong
