I find only the Starbucks versions produce a reasonable coffee comparable to Nespresso own. But at half price might be worth another try of some.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the Bestpresso pods that you can get from Home Bargains. They are £1.99 for 20 and come in a few different strengths. The last time I went, I managed to pick up some decaff pods fir the first time.

I accept that they may not quite as good as the genuine Nespresso ones but at less than a third of the price, they do for me.

Hope this is national. Will be popping into my local store later.

I tried the greenish one last week at the Cromwell Rd London store and found it awful compared to nespresso, and felt like it was watered down. Good price though

I've started using these, the 'lungo' ones are good for a proper sized cup of coffee and create a proper rich crema on top very like the genuine ones.

The cafedirect pods don't fit right so I'd avoid them.

The Cramlington branch still has all of those in the picture in stock. It seems to be that store only though as nearby stores still have cthec same stock in at full price.

Personally I'd agree they are not quite as good the Nespresso capsules but equally I don't think the Nespresso ones are worth twice as much.
