The Phone Spot have three different offers on Orange SIM ONLY Contracts. On all of these offers, you get the ENTIRE first month back. You can also cancel after this first month.

TARIFF 1
Racoon 25: 700 any time, any network minutes, Unlimited Landline minutes and 100 text messages for £25 per month.

TARIFF 2
Dolphin 20: 600 any time, any network minutes and Unlimited text messages for £20 per month.

TARIFF 3
Racoon 20: 600 any time, any network minutes, Unlimited Landline minutes and 100 text messages for £20 per month.

Each offer works by redemption. You simply have to send back the bill you receive after your first month. It'll tell you on The Phone Spot's "my account" section exactly when you have to do this. You have 60 days from the date on the bill to make your claim, so this is plenty of time. The Phone Spot is a part of the Carphone Warehouse Group and are pretty reliable when it comes to redemptions. Enjoy.

Should the title not be 1 month free on a minimum 2 month contract? Basing this on having to give 30 days notice after 1st month, or is it different?

and you don't think there will be a problem with the claim if you have already given notice to cancel?

I don't believe that there would be a claim problem. You can give notice at the start of your contract, and you'll still get a bill showing that you've paid any outstanding charges at the end of the month...
