I have a Roomba and it is brilliant - hoovering in our household is a thing of the past

Can't find any reviews of this....looks like the cheap end though (around £70 elsewhere too). I've heard that 'Roomba' is the way to go to get the job done properly (lots of 5* reviews) but they are £300 and up. Rather have one that worked though so I'd rather wait a bit.

It's a rebadging of the Dirt Devil machine - hard floors only and only capable of lifting dust and pet hairs. However if you have wooden floors and a cat, it could be cheap enough to be worth a look.

Wow, that is damn cheap! I wonder how it compares to the cheap Samsung from the other day.

Ideal if you have hard floors throught, but there's no mention of it working on carpets?
Good price, heat added

What is the airwatts?

Is is as good as a product with 300 airwatts or even a lower powered Dyson?

I bet it does not clean much at all.
Use this and then run a Dyson over it. If it's efficient, nothing much should be picked up.

Looking at it logicaly, one would think that the wheels would struggle to have any trackation, in the the fiber of the capet. A Good example of this, is any kind of toy the kids have. They dont seem to hardly move like that. So obviously the big the pile and the new the carpret then this is less likely to be effectove. With an old carpet with allot less in way of pile, it shouldnt have no problem.

I have a friend who is a single male, mid 50's, no kids, obscenely well paid. He has three of these things: one upstairs, one downstairs and one in the back bedroom that has a step up to it....I'm not sure whether to be jealous or feel sad for him!

I've observed him pitching them against each other in battle. Unfortunately, it was rather unimpressive as they sensed each other and changed paths :D
