A sophisticated home gadget with nice gold accents.

Same price as Amazon, but same day collection from Argos just steals it for me. I've just been reminded that you also receive a £10 gift card when you spend >£100 at Argos too.

22.2v lithium battery, approx 25 mins cleaning time on a charge. Great suction, apparently.

Here's the marketing blurb (take with pinch of salt):
The Cordless Slim Vac Total Home has been designed for perfection; not only does it perform as good as it looks but due to its slim, sleek, lightweight design it literally glides across carpets and hardfloors making cleaning effortless. Its dynamic and ergonomic design makes it a smooth, yet speedy transition switching from floor to handheld cleaning. This machine really is a perfect companion for powerful, effortless, lightweight everyday cleaning!

Seems to get great reviews on both Argos and amazon. £10 voucher at Argos makes it an even deal. Good spot op.

I'm going to wait until black friday

Got one a while back for £124, I find it excellent for clearing up pet hair and over-spill cat litter.

Just a couple of things to consider:
It works best if you clean the main filter every time you use it.
It needs a slower action than a full powered mains vacuum but it does pick up well and lifts the carpet.
All the parts can be detached which is great and used in any combo, only downside is the rotating head moves left and right as you move it so it's not as accurate to point as you might think.
Don't think it fully replaces a mains vacuum.
Not as powerful as the Dyson V8 but nothing like the price!

Good bits:
Works extremely well on thin rugs, carpet and hard floors.
Battery life seems to be 28 minutes for mine not 24, not found this a problem.
Makes me vacuum much more often.
Doesn't scare the cats as much as a full vacuum.
So light and easy to maneuver in general, the rocker to keep the power on is much better than just a trigger to hold down.

Overall I do like the device, if you don't need one though I'm sure they will improve and improve over time, hope this helps.

You can buy this from amazon for a tenner less though, or a tenner more if you want the 'Vax Genuine SlimVac Pro Kit' bundled with it.

I'd post them as a separate deal if I had the time!

I bought one last week and I absolutely love it!
Once you get used to the very moveable flexible main head it is brilliant and the battery lasts ages.... fully hoover right thru, 3 bedrooms, stairs, 2 lounges, kitchen & conservatory before it alerts low battery. Really lifts the carpets, does stairs great, packs a real punch and I just stick with the main brush head, and just turn the brush off (press of a switch) for wood floor, it is very lightweight in comparison to my cordless dyson I've had a while, which I feel isnt a patch on this little beast! (but cost more than double!) what I do think is a brill feature tho is the little flick switch that locks the power on so you haven't got to continuously hold the power trigger on, which after a few mins of extensive whole house hoovering can really make your hand ache, so this would definitely benefit someone elderly or with arthritis!
Yes the collection bin does seem to need emptying after each use, but we've got a doggie and most of that is his hairs, but it's sooooo easy to empty I don't find this a negative at all!
I cannot recommend it highly enough! :)
