Has anyone here got or used one of these? Seems like a decent price but not many sellers on the net for these.

We have a Vax multifunction cleaner which by looking at the picture appears to have pretty much the same mechanics as this and it does wash and dry floors very well.

BUT whilst the tech works well the implementation and build quality is pretty poor: The hose on ours split within a day. The button for water feed broke and fell down inside the handle within a few uses. The water hose is clipped to the main vacuum hose and it snags and falls off all the time. To turn from wash to dry means pushing a lever on the cleaning head, turning off the water and turning up the suction - not a lot to do but an irritation every six feet or so. The lead doesn't retract and always gets in the way. It's very noisy and 4 litres of cleaning water doesn't last very long whilst emptying and filling can be messy and time consuming.

So I've found that if we want the floor cleaned and dried very well I will use the Vax, if the floors only need a spruce up and I don't have much time to do the job but plenty of time for it to dry then I use a mop and bucket.

Many thanks for the feedback. I think I will give it a pass due to poor build .I guess it would cost an arm and a leg to repair after the warranty expires. Rather spend a bit more for a built to last machine.
