Monthly 'rolling' sim (also includes Unlimited Calls and texts Vectone to V) 30 days, using EE 2&3G.

Don't forget the Vectone standalone wifi calling app which does not need the sim in the mobile the app is using, thus you could just install the app & use the EU mins over wifi/3G/4G or benefit from the 2GB by actually using the sim in a mobile X)

Easily could split the mins between sim and app on two mobiles (both sim & app will ring for incoming call & texts)

Every network thieves, refuses to communicate or follow a complaints conduct. They are here to make money not service your contract at a cost to them. They all fail.

Stay away ,no decent signal, poor customer service

**** poor signal **** poor network speeds and only 3G says it all really. Spend £2.50 a month more and join plusnet as it has 4g speeds and more data for the money

Are you missing the point ? 500 available minutes, many EU countries mobiles included - that is its selling point, poor signal/3G, maybe EE has where you are - not everywhere. :)

And you go to Ofcom who email your complaint to Vectone UK office. Simples really.

Stay away from vectone! I bought new SIM a YEAR ago topped up with £20 and when it came I could only receive calls and send messages but CANNOT make a call! year later , 50 emails and hours on the phone to their useless technical department it's NOT FIXED. and they ignore refund requests!

Missing the point well seems as these days it's easy enough to WhatsApp voice call anyone anywhere in the world for free. Selling point also look at everyone's comments who seem to say the same thing.

Are you sure you don't work for this terrible network?

And you posted the plusnet deal I am on a few days ago which is hell of a lot better. I personally dusk like we but moved to plusnet because only place I can get signal by me is with EE

Some people need to call EU mobiles, how's the Plusnet sim going ? Mighty happy here :) Vodafone was great signal too but £25 a month ? Not that great! The infamous poor customer care line kicked in getting PAC - quick call to Plusnet was answered quick and staff member was well good - long may that continue:D

Whatsapp is not a A1 source of EU or world calls, you need wifi or 3G minimum. Have you tried EDGE or 384KBPS on calls ? X)X)

I guess at that rate I've worked for every company I post deals from X)

Call Ofcom and register a official complaint against them then, 5 mins out of your day.

Plusnet been fantastic for myself. Cheaper than giffgaff who I was with. Sim arrived on the day they said it would. Signal good voice calls good fast 4g given not as a quick as ee super speed but overall service and helpful and long may it continue. Plus net I wish

Good to hear, no complaints from me either.
is 4G VoLTE available for you? I have it on in my settings but calls drop to 3G, should have tried before I installed the new carrier settings that came this morning !

I just assumed VoLTE would be blocked on its sister ? Same as Wifi Calling showing - with the EE carrier settings all the settings are visible but unusable

this what go hot by whatever you say vectone trading as mundio communications which owns delight mobile and chili talk is notoriously bad....the quality of calls is shockingly bad and if your on phone for certain length of time it cuts off and you need to redial....trust me I have used them yes cheap but when things go wrong which it will do with them the support is shockingly bad as they don't give two hoots.....once they got your money they are not interested....you pay cheap you get cheap
#23
Used to have free Vectone to Vectone calls with NO top-up needed. This has ended yet they STILL advertise it on the website. And as others have said call quality is shocking when the call connects.

I don't care if it goes hot, if one person saves cash calling EU mobiles i'm happy :)

I used Vectone, no problems, until getting a PAC then they were a nightmare but called Ofcom and they lodged a complaint and when I called again they gave it easy enough with a bit of a porky, not that you should ever have to tell a porky or justify wanting a PAC but saying you are moving and there is no signal at new place INDOORS so you need a PAC always works - they have no way to persuade you to stay if you have NO signal X)

Play or be played when dealing with telcos.

Maybe V have started using voip at their server end and it is only connecting via EE from you to server? like Chillitalk ? Certainly speed and voice clarity were not a issue for me before a PAC to Lycamobile when they started 4G bundles as the 4G was faster than my home broadband back then, 4G still is actually at the property years later!
