Good price £4.99 on Amazon!

Bought one of these last time. They're crap. It takes so much fiddling to get the brush onto the slats that you might as well do it yourself.

That's what I thought, was on the hunt at Poundland, Boyes and Home Bargains earlier but no luck and the ones in store are generally 3 slat for the same or more.

Worth a try at this price, also depends on your blinds?

It's really not worth it IMO. Check amazon's reviews: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brush-Venetian-Cleaner-Duster-Washable/product-reviews/B00BQYJAZU/ref=dpx_acr_txt?showViewpoints=1

You'd be better off just buying a micro fibre cloth.

you are better off buying a normal duster and setting your blinds in closed/ flat position and running the duster over it and have the vacuum handy too

If you own a Dyson, the brush head attachments are particularly good, the brushes are tough and this is what makes them good imo. If you have the duster to hand, which has the soft brush have the vacuum in the other hand to suck in the dust

One of those items that look practical until you come to use them, crazymonkey has the best solution.

As others have said, save your money, else you will end up with a drawer literally cluttered full of JML styled items that seemed like a good idea at the time.

Total waste of money. Got this for 99p and has been completely useless

Even if it takes time to use it is probably worth it. I can break it into7 individual brushes. Bargain. And it is helping to keep the Scottish economy afloat.

Quite the romantic

I've got two of the smaller blinds in my bathroom. I usually just unclip them, put them in some soapy bath water and then carefully rinse them off with the shower. I then hang them over the side on the landing to dry off. Ok for the smaller ones, but a bit more difficult for larger blinds I suppose.

I bought one in local poundland £1

A big cheap 4 inch paintbrush works well
#28
got 1 last time this was posted cheap but doesn't work very well at all

Looks like it's only doing 6 slats? Am I missing something?

How do you make a Venetian blind...?

Yes - the bottom of the top slat and the top of the bottom slat makes another one!

You can buy things called gloves - made from cotton or even from paper - that would be better? ;)

Don't you end-up with watermarks that way? I tried that with one of our bedroom blinds and it took me longer to get rid of the marks than it would have to get rid of the dust ;0

I've only tried it once - they weren't that dusty and they seemed to turn out ok - the blinds in the bathroom are black ones and are very narrow - smallest width ones that they make. I did, however, have to give them a quick wipe over with a towel before putting them back up (just to make sure that they were dry).

The picture only shows six slats being cleaned. Unless you count the top of one slat at one end and the bottom of another slat at the other end as one complete slat.

got mine today it looks quite handy for the price bargain
