They will burn to dvd+r and the wii may read them but its less reliable generally and your better off with dvd-r. However that said its easier for a wii to read a single layer dvd+r than a commercial dual layer disc. Some wii's also struggle with dual layer commercial discs like super smash bros though. Generally there aren't that many dual layer wii games to worry about. If you are using dvd+r set the book type to dvd-rom, that might help.

I thought that was layman's terms. Oh well. Historically dvd-r have always been easier to read than dvd+r but I don't think there is a lot in it nowadays.

Best way to play the Wii games is via an external hard drive using USB GX loader :D
I don't bother with DVD-R's anymore for the Wii...

I emptied the Middlesbrough store over a week ago of these discs and they also had these discs in thin case's 10 for £2.99 which I also cleared the shelf.

@peterdarlison easy thing to know is dvd-r for general burning on anything, dvd+r more suited to standalone dvd player/recorder.

Every time they have the offer on near me it is always India/China/UAE discs. Do they even make Taiwan anymore? If not I don't see this as a great price.
