Silly comment, so just because you don't use CDRs you say it's cold? Flash drives have their uses but so do CDR's and many of us still use them, If you want CD's with Jewel cases then these are a good deal, so here is some heat. However I think it's regional as My local Sainsburys don't have them at this price.

There £1.99 in my store too they were originally £11.99 this time last week, went down to £5.99 and now £1.99 in my store, its good for me to block out the trash that's on the radio at the moment, better get my iTunes playlist copied onto disc, HEAT from me

I've 'rewrited' on one of these cds and could hear a crackling type sound on some of the songs after.

Bought these and they turned out to be defective. Tried two computers and they couldn't even recognise the disks! Took them back for a refund.

Must be why they are selling them so cheap.

I doubt that, it would be pointless, people would just take them back for a refund! TBH I have been using Verbatim discs from Sainsburys for years without any problems, maybe you are just unlucky with a faulty batch? Some drives can be 'querky' with certain discs. :)

Just bought some from Chesterfield store and they work fine, pretty good deal to be honest, thanks poster, heat added

Just depends on the drive, old car wouldn't take verbatim, although computer drive to write never had any problems
